Prepared for vSeeBox · by DTC Nova

Email marketing that grows backend revenue on autopilot.

An ongoing Klaviyo retainer to build out core lifecycle flows, then move into continuous optimization and monthly campaigns — turning existing traffic and customers into predictable, compounding revenue for vSeeBox.

01 — Platform choice

Why Klaviyo, not FunnelKit.

FunnelKit is a WooCommerce revenue suite — great at checkout, bumps and upsells. But for lifecycle email it hits real structural limits. Here is what actually matters for vSeeBox.

Travels with you
Structural, not roadmap.
FunnelKit has no JS on-site — browse and engagement flows are permanently off the table.
Same trigger, same message.
One cart event means cart and checkout abandoners can't be messaged differently.
Deliverability is on you.
Self-hosted SMTP means warm-up, reputation and inbox placement become your problem.
FunnelKit limitations · the detail
×
No browse abandonment.
FunnelKit's WooCommerce trigger list stops at Cart Abandoned, Cart Recovered, Order Created, New Review, Winback. No product-view event exists, so browse abandonment cannot be built at all.
×
Cart and checkout collapse.
FunnelKit has one cart event, not two. Cart abandoners and checkout abandoners get the same trigger — impossible to message them differently. Klaviyo splits them into distinct flows.
×
No onsite tracking.
FunnelKit only reads WooCommerce database events. No JavaScript tracking of on-site behaviour. This is structural, not a roadmap item — every behaviour-based flow is off the table permanently.
×
Email builder ceiling.
Functional drag-and-drop with ~30 prebuilt templates and limited design control. Real time gets spent rebuilding what Klaviyo ships ready-made.
×
Deliverability is on us.
Sends through whatever SMTP is connected. IP warming, domain reputation, bounce handling and inbox placement all become our problem.
×
No predictive data.
No predicted CLV, churn risk, or expected next order date. Those feed real segmentation decisions — losing them is not cosmetic.
×
Server load at scale.
Automations run on your own WordPress hosting. Large lists mean cron jobs, database bloat and storefront performance risk past ~50K profiles.
×
Not portable.
Everything lives inside WooCommerce. If the storefront platform changes, the entire email program dies with it.

03 — Month 2 onward

Optimization + campaigns.

With the foundation live, the retainer shifts to ongoing refinement and consistent send volume — continuing every month.

Advanced flow optimization
  • A/B testing on subject lines, send timing and content across live flows
  • Deeper segmentation — VIP, high intent, lapsed buyers
  • Flow logic refinement based on Month 1 performance data
Campaign buildout
  • 2 to 4 email campaigns per month
  • Promotions, product launches, newsletters or seasonal sends
  • Copy, design and scheduling handled end to end
04 — Projected ROI

What email is worth to vSeeBox.

A conservative projection: by end of Month 2–3, email should generate at least $3,000/month — a 3× ROI on the retainer. Drag the slider to model different revenue targets. Numbers grow as the list grows and flows compound.

Projected ROI

Baseline projection assumes core flows are live and running against current vSeeBox traffic. Revenue compounds as the list grows, segments mature and campaigns stack — so treat $3K as a floor, not a ceiling.
